There are so many great dining spots to highlight in Seattle for views. One we really like is Water’s Table at the Hyatt Regency in Renton, WA. Lunch or dinner is always delightful, with a view of the Seattle Skyline beyond Lake Washington.
Leighton and I have been regulars at Water’s Table. We discovered it while staying at the Hyatt Regency in January of 2021 and have been back many times to enjoy either lunch or dinner over a bottle of The Chief Cabernet by Washington’s own Mark Ryan vineyard. We went back to stay at the Hyatt in December 2021 to bring in the New Year and enjoyed a New Year’s Eve meal there. We like to reserve a spot ahead of time to make sure we get a window seat, but we have also had success just walking in for lunch. It’s also nice that they have patio dining with an open-air environment and heaters for the cooler months. Our first favorite meal there was beet salad with salmon. Paired with wine and bread, it was amazing! We once had lunch there the day before the annual Sea Fair event began and we got to enjoy watching the Blue Angels practice in the air the day before Sea Fair started! What a treat to enjoy this during a meal! Boeing, who hosts the event annually, is right next door to the Hyatt. I must also add that the service there has never disappointed. Many times, we still see the same waiter we had from our very first visit there!
We are so fortunate to have so many options for fine dining and views in the Seattle area. This is one to remember when you visit Lake Washington in Renton.
